Manage Your Loyaltymaster Subscription

Change the card or bank account used for your Loyaltymaster subscription.

Payment details are managed through PayPal. Loyaltymaster does not receive or store your full card details.

How to change your payment method in PayPal

  1. Sign in to your PayPal account.
  2. Open Payments.
  3. Select Automatic Payments or Subscriptions and saved businesses.
  4. Select Loyaltymaster from the list of businesses.
  5. Select Change Payment Method.
  6. Choose another card or bank account, or add a new payment method.
  7. Save your changes.

Adding a new card to your PayPal Wallet — or setting a card as your 'preferred' payment method — does not change the card used for your Loyaltymaster subscription. You must open the Loyaltymaster automatic payment and select the new card there, using the steps above.

Why 'Set as preferred' won't change your subscription

PayPal's 'preferred' payment setting only applies to new online and in-store purchases. Existing automatic payments, like your Loyaltymaster subscription, keep their own assigned card until you change it directly on that subscription. This is PayPal's own rule, not a Loyaltymaster one — so the steps above are the only way to switch the card.

Cannot Find Loyaltymaster in PayPal?

First, check that you are signed in to the same PayPal account that was used when you subscribed to Loyaltymaster.

In the list, Loyaltymaster may be shown under the name of our payment provider rather than 'Loyaltymaster'. If you have several businesses saved, select See More to show them all.

You may have subscribed with a different PayPal account or paid without signing in to PayPal.

If you can see the subscription but there is no Change Payment Method option, PayPal may not allow that card to be changed directly. Contact us before cancelling anything, and we will help you sort it out.

For your security, never send your full card number, card security code, bank login details, or PayPal password by email, WhatsApp, contact form, or telephone.

All payment-method changes must be completed through PayPal.
